A homeowner’s request for landscape design in Holmdel, NJ, enlisted Magaletta Design Environments to create a breathtaking backyard transformation that reflected their vision of a versatile outdoor living space – perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
At the heart of this expansive project was a pool renovation that took advantage of the home’s hillside location. The result, a visual masterpiece, is a custom infinity edge pool accented with elegant columns boasting mesmerizing fire bowls, creating a sophisticated ambiance.
Adjacent to the pool, the outdoor area includes a fully equipped kitchen, providing the perfect spot for dining with family and friends under the open sky. Complementing this is a luxurious spa area, offering a secluded retreat for relaxation. Central to the gathering area is a double-sided fireplace, which not only adds warmth but also serves as a stylish focal point.
This landscape design project in Holmdel, NJ, also included the construction of a beautiful Azak Trim pavilion complete with LED lighting and ceiling fans and a custom deck, skillfully designed with lower-level access to the basement. This seamless integration of the indoor and outdoor spaces is accented with custom glass railings.

The breathtaking infinity edge gunite pool has cascading waterfalls on each side, a slide, and a 12-inch deep sun shelf for lounging in the water. Adjacent to these water features, the custom masonry work comes to life in the form of a double-sided fireplace. We have been contracting with Magaletta Design for our Landscape Projects for over 10 years. Matt has such creative and unique Ideas when it comes to putting a project together from the initial design to the completed project. Matt made our job in Curtis Point, N.J. a work of art, including a remodeled pool, outdoor kitchen, raised patios and fire pit. Last season, Matt completed our backyard project in Chatham, N.J. Since its completion, we have used our backyard more than ever. When we sit in the backyard with family and friends within minutes, we are all relaxing and enjoying the beautiful atmosphere. Matt is easy to work with and his staff is friendly and accommodating.
