The vision extended to include an automated pergola, fireplace, and a lush green patio area of synthetic grass.

The synthetic grass area was created to meet the local regulations preventing the use of impervious covering. It’s a versatile space that can be used as a patio to entertain or for outdoor games and recreational activities. The custom gunite pool, unique in its design, is flanked by stunning custom fire bowls that shoot water into the pool and illuminate it with a warm glow in the evening. For an added level of luxury and relaxation, the project also included a spa that could be used for 12 months of the year.
The spacious deck includes a custom wall strategically built against the home’s foundation that boasts a beautiful fireplace and a 75-inch television, making it perfect for movie nights or watching sporting events. An automated pergola spans the entire length of the house and opens and closes with the touch of a button to provide shade or natural light. The pergola creates an open airy atmosphere that can easily be transformed into a more secluded and private space with dropdown shades to fully enclose the space.
The outdoor kitchen is strategically positioned to offer a panoramic view of the pool and yard. It’s the perfect spot for hosting grand family gatherings or arranging intimate al fresco dinners under the stars. This thoughtfully designed space is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art gas grill, a high-end pizza oven, a sink, ample refrigeration, and generous storage. The finishing touch of exquisite granite countertops adds a layer of luxury and durability, making it not only a functional space but also a stylish one.

We have been contracting with Magaletta Design for our Landscape Projects for over 10 years. Matt has such creative and unique Ideas when it comes to putting a project together from the initial design to the completed project. Matt made our job in Curtis Point, N.J. a work of art, including a remodeled pool, outdoor kitchen, raised patios and fire pit. Last season, Matt completed our backyard project in Chatham, N.J. Since its completion, we have used our backyard more than ever. When we sit in the backyard with family and friends within minutes, we are all relaxing and enjoying the beautiful atmosphere. Matt is easy to work with and his staff is friendly and accommodating.
